OVERVIEW

To start a refund, you can contact us at support@creatorcargo.com.

You must provide an explanation of why you are requesting a refund, as well as your order ID, and the email used for the purchase. Additionally, please provide any relevant information to support your case. We will review your submitted information, and will get back to you within 24 hours.

In case of a faulty item received, we offer a replacement or refund.

SECTION 1 - CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Refund Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY

No change-of-mind refunds are offered after 24 hours.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Your refund request must also be "reasonable" (for example, you cannot request a refund after you have used the digital product for over 7 days, as we cannot confirm if the channel will be in the same state as it was when delivered; this is the nature of digital items). If you received a username/email and password for an account, the details must remain unchanged and you must not have logged in. If we sent a "YouTube Brand Transfer" for a YouTube channel, the invite must not have been accepted. The account itself must have had no changes either (no new videos uploaded, profile unchanged, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as services we have already delivered. For example, if we have verified your YouTube channel, and the mark has appeared on your channel, you are not eligible for a refund. If you change your channel name, and the mark disappears, we cannot be liable as the service has already been delivered. Marks do disappear and require re-verification after you change your channel name

You're also eligible for a refund if we do not deliver your order within 72 hours of confirmed payment, or if the product is not as described, or if you are experiencing technical issues with your order.

Depending on your circumstances, we may offer partial refunds, offered on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - CHARGEBACKS

Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly recommend that you get in contact with our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your service being terminated, or termination of future purchases with us.

SECTION 4 - REFUND PROCESSING

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
